Over 70 International French School (Singapore) alumni gathered at La Rotonde Stalingrad to celebrate a decade of global connections and shared memories.
The International French School (Singapore) community extends far beyond graduation day—a truth vividly demonstrated when the Class of 2016 gathered in Paris to mark the tenth anniversary of their Baccalaureate.
Organised by alumni Enguerrand Desbazeille and Emanuel Malz, the milestone event brought together more than 70 former classmates under the iconic glass roof of La Rotonde Stalingrad. Alumni travelled from around the globe – including Los Angeles, London, Dubai, Kabul, Zurich, and across France – to reconnect and relive their school days.
The evening was filled with nostalgia, warm reunions, a lively buffet, and a photo booth capturing new memories.
“This reunion was an opportunity to reconnect with friends, relive cherished memories, and rediscover that family atmosphere of the IFS,” shared Clémentine Japy (former TESB).
Addressing the room, organisers Enguerrand and Emanuel expressed their gratitude to those who made the journey, as well as to IFS for supporting the event’s organisation.
“We took a moment to thank everyone for making the trip and to thank IFS for its support in making the reunion possible,” they reflected. “It was a chance to pause and take in just how far people had come to be in that room together. At one point, a classmate said she had a ‘sourire de l’intérieur’—an inner smile—which says it all. The support from IFS helped make this possible, and the class is already talking about the next one.”
IFS is proud to continue supporting its global alumni network. We hope this memorable gathering inspires future cohort reunions across the world—whether in Paris, Singapore, or beyond!
