The re-enrolment procedure for the next school year is for students who are currently enroled at IFS.

Re-enrolment

Re-enrolments for the 2026-2027 school year is open. Kindly fill out an online re-enrolment form for each child.
Reminder: The Student Contract and Advisory Note will be signed electronically using two-factor authentication (2FA). You will not be required to provide us with original copies.

RE-ENROLMENT 

Dates to remember

  • 10 April 2026: deadline to submit the re-enrolment files. It is important to note that after this date, we will not be able to guarantee a place for your child.
  • 14 April 2026: Re-enrolment fee billing. Families whose re-enrolment files are complete will receive an invoice for the 2025-2026 re-enrolment fee.
  • 5 June 2026: deadline for the payment of this fee. Payment will finalise the re-enrolment and secure the seat for your child.
  • 2 July 2026: from this date on, if the re-enrolment file has been duly completed and the payment made, a confirmation email will be sent to you to validate your child’s re-enrolment.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to cancel your child’s re-enrolment, the departure file must be submitted no later than 2 July 2026 in order to be reimbursed for the re-enrolment fee. After this deadline, the re-enrolment fee invoiced will be forfeited to IFS.

Re-enrol on EDUKA Withdrawal procedure

Seat allocation and re-enrolment confirmation for the subsequent academic year is conditioned by the re-enrolment fee payment. For any departure submitted after the last day of school of the current academic year, the re-enrolment fee invoiced will be deducted from the school fee’s advance (SFA).
