Meet Our Expert Speaker: Marie-Charlotte CLERF
We are honored to host Ms. Marie-Charlotte CLERF, a distinguished psychologist and certified trainer specializing in school wellness. As a key member of Professor Jean-Pierre Bellon’s renowned team, she stands at the forefront of developing and implementing the most effective anti-bullying strategies used today.
Professor Bellon is the visionary founder of the “Shared Concern Method,” a compassionate and non-blaming approach that has revolutionized how schools address bullying. This very method is the foundation of the official PHARE program, which is now implemented nationwide by the French Ministry of National Education.
Ms. CLERF brings years of hands-on experience, having trained school staff and empowered families across the country.
A School-Wide Commitment

The fight against bullying is a top priority for the French Ministry of National Education, the AEFE network, and here at IFS. To reinforce this commitment, Ms. CLERF will be spending the week of September 15th working intensively with our entire school staff, teachers, administrators, and support teams to enhance our prevention strategies and intervention protocols.
