Vaping is increasingly common among teenagers, but do we truly understand its long-term impact?

To address the concerns of many parents, IFS, in partnership with Accueil and the International Medical Clinic (IMC), invites you to an essential morning of discussion and expert insight.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Date: Thursday, May 21st, 2026
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Join us from 8:45 AM for coffee and pastries)
  • Location: Kindergarten Amphitheatre (Campus 2900) – International French School (IFS)
  • Admission: Free, registration mandatory.

    Upon entry, please present:

    * IFS Parents: Your “Parent/Guardian” card.
    * External Guests: A valid ID (NRIC, FIN, or Passport).

THE PROGRAM

The session will open with an introduction by Mr. Binan, Headmaster of IFS, who will reiterate the school’s strict policy and commitment to student health regarding vaping.

Our guest experts will then dive into:

  • The Science: The actual chemical composition of vaping products and their effects on adolescent brain development.
  • The Psychology: Why young people are drawn to vaping, the role of social media, and peer pressure.
  • The Solution: Practical strategies for parents to establish a calm, open dialogue with their children about addiction.
