🏫 General Event Information
What is a school fair?
It is an event organised by schools to bring together students, parents, and the community. It often includes games, food stalls, performances, and activities to raise funds.
When is the school fair and where?
The Fête de l’école will take place on Saturday, 21 June 2025, from 11am to 5pm at 2900 AMK Campus.
Who can participate?
The school fair, also known as FestIFS, is open to IFS students, staff, and their families.
Are there are age restrictions?
The fair is open to all ages, with specific activities designed for various age groups.
Where do the funds raised at the fair go?
All proceeds collected will contribute to bursaries and global school projects under the initiative of the Parent Committee.
🎟️ Entry, Tickets & Payment
Is there an entry fee?
Entry to the fair is free. However, wristbands are required for unlimited access to games, sports challenges, workshops, and other activities:
- $10 for Kindergarten-aged
- $20 for Elementary-aged and above
When can we buy wristbands and tickets?
- 15 to 31 May : online presales (via google form, PayNow payments only)
- 14 June & 16 to 20 June : onsite presales (Campus AMK 2900 & 3000), Cash & PayNow payments accepted (timings to be confirmed very soon)
What if I miss the presales?
Sales counters will be available:
At the entrance
At different locations on-site inside the venue, including roaming ticket sellers from 11 am.
Please Note: Raffle ticket sales end at 1 pm on 21 June.

What activities are available?
The fair will include:
- Live musical performances with our students
- Games, food stalls, art exhibits, workshops
- Bouncy castles, carnival games, face painting, talent shows
- A big Lucky Draw with many prizes to win
Height or age restrictions may apply to some activities. Parental supervision is required at all times.
Are there food and beverages available?
Yes! A variety of food stalls will serve snacks and drinks such as popcorn, candy floss, sandwiches, and more.
- Food tickets bundles start from 10$ (10 tickets per bundle)
Tip: We suggest buying 1 bundle per attendee.

Is parking available?
No parking spaces provided. We recommend taking public transport.
Are there provisions in case of emergency?
Yes. There will be ambulance and security personnel on standby. The school complies with mandatory safety regulations for event organisation.
