La fin des activités extra-scolaires arrivant bientôt, le service des AES est heureux de vous inviter à assister aux activités de votre/vos enfant(s) la semaine du lundi 9 au samedi 14 juin 2025.

Vous trouverez tous les détails ci-dessous :

► Lieu de rendez-vous: Cantine du Campus AMK 2900 (Entrée n°5)

Notre équipe vous accueillera et vous accompagnera par groupe dans les activités élémentaire et maternelle de votre(vos) enfant(s) comme indiqué ci-dessous (ou voir pièce jointe):

Important:

• Merci de prévenir le service de bus Woodlands pour les enfants qui exceptionnellement ne prendraient pas le bus après leur activité.
• Pensez à avoir votre badge IFS parents pour entrer au sein de l’établissement.
• Merci également de rester dans l’activité de votre enfant jusqu’à la fin.
• Certains professeurs/coaches seront absents et remplacés sur ces sessions (voyage scolaire, formation…)
• Si vous participez à l’activité de votre enfant, l’IFS ne pourra être tenue responsable en cas d’accident.

As the end of the extra-curricular activities is approaching, the ECA department is pleased to invite you to attend your children’s activities from Monday 9 to Saturday 14 June 2025.

You will find all the details below:

► Meeting point: Canteen Elementary Campus AMK 2900 (Entrance Gate 5)

Our team will welcome you and accompany you by group to the elementary and/or kindergarten activities of your child(dren) as indicated below (or attached):

Important:

• Please inform Woodlands transport service for children who exceptionally will not take the bus after their activity.
• Please remember to have your IFS parents badge to enter the school.
• Please stay in your child’s activity until the end.
• Some teachers/coaches will be absent and replaced during these sessions (school trip, training…)
• If you take part in your child’s activity, IFS cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident.
