We invite you to join our Parents Coffee Chats, a series designed to provide insights into the French education system.

Assessment in the French system is designed to support learning at every stage, from early years through to secondary school. In this session, we’ll explain how continuous assessment works, why it matters, and how it evolves from skills-based grading in primary to numerical grades in secondary. You will also learn the benefits of competency-based assessment and how to read your child’s school report with confidence.
