June 2, 2020 – IFS today welcomed back into classrooms a select number of students for face-to-face teaching and learning after two months of enforced home-based education due to Singapore’s COVID-19 circuit breaker.

On hand to welcome students were H.E. Mr Marc Abensour, Ambassador of France to Singapore, Mr Anthony Chaumuzeau, Counsellor for Culture, Education and Science and Mr Gilles Almosnino, Head of AEFE Asia-Pacific.

Mr Abensour was shown around the campus by Mr Pierre Chanteclair, President, Executive Council and Mr Christian Soulard, IFS Principal. The Ambassador observed the measures the school has put in place to ensure safe entry requirements, health and temperature checks, including thermal imaging cameras and additional social distancing measures for students and staff.
