About the Speaker

Frédéric Guilleray is an agrégé in Life, Earth, and Universe Sciences, with a degree in Cognitive Science. For over 10 years, he has been a trainer and lecturer on applying cognitive science research to optimize learning.

He is also a project manager at the Scientific Council of National Education and the co-founder & Vice-President of Apprendre et Former avec les Sciences Cognitives, an association accredited by the Ministry of National Education.

Author of several educational works, his most recent book “Shh! I’m Concentrating…” helps teenagers better understand attention and provides strategies to stay focused.
