The 2C, with support from the Pedagogical and Administrative Heads, invites all students to explore, reflect, and recharge during International Stress Awareness Week.
This week is packed with fun, interactive activities and opportunities to discover practical strategies for managing stress and boosting well-being.
Visit the 3C and 2C during the week for some stress-relief activities.
