General Meetings

At least two General Meetings are held every academic year.

Covered topics

In October/November, the Ordinary General Meeting addresses the following topics:

  • Review of the new academic year and announcement of upcoming projects
  • Presentation of the previous academic year’s examination results
  • The election of the members of the Executive Committee
  • The confirmation of the election of the 6 parents representative of the Educational Committee (Parents Committee) by electronic voting.

In June, the Annual General Meeting addresses the following topics:

  • Review of the academic year’s pedagogy and finances
  • The vote on the school fees is now done during the OGM
  • Approval of the accounts

Your attendance to the General Meetings is important!

Important decisions that matter to you are made there and it is a forum for you to raise any concerns you may have.

Who can attend the General Meetings?

  • Individual Members : legal guardian of one child enrolled in the school. Voting right: 1 vote per family regardless of the number of children enrolled in the school.
  • Corporate Members : any company or organisation holding at least one “Option de Fondateur” (ODF). Voting right: 1 vote per ODF.

In the case of a joint vote of all members, Individual and Corporate members share the total of voting rights at 50/50.
