The end of the Summer Holidays is fast approaching. At IFS, the buzz of student activity continued through the holiday season.
In response to the COVID-19 global situation, IFS hosted in 2020 for the first time a Summer Camp of fun, enriching and educational activities for students aged 4 to 17 years old.
With families unable to travel out of Singapore due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 virus, the IFS Summer Camps offered a wide range of activities to keep our students busy and engaged.
IFS offered over 25 different camp activities over four weeks. Successfully organised and executed by our dedicated ECA & IFS Club administration team, nurses, and over 100 teachers and external providers.
Some 900 students participated per week while maintaining safe-distancing and health protocols for COVID-19 prevention.
Camps ranged from sports like rugby, swimming and gymnastics; to the Arts including drama, music and fine arts; to academic explorations into science, video production, coding and robotics.
Thus IFS students were able to enjoy their summer break despite COVID-19.
